Beauty Therapist 

Part Time - 12 to 20 Hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our highly regarded clinic in the beautiful market town of Holt, Norfolk. This position will offer the candidate the opportunity to showcase their skills within a supportive environment for an expanding clinic.

Our clinic specialises in the latest skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing, and minor surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Profhilo, Laser Treatments, HydraFacial’s, Skin Needling, Microdermabrasion, SkinCeutical & Teen Facials, Therapeutic Massage, LVL Lashes and Waxing. Within the beauty therapist role we are looking for someone to support our senior therapist in preparing our clients skin ready for them to naturally proceed to our advanced treatments, it will also be an opportunity to work with our younger clientele educating them on how to look after their skin in the right way. Within this role their will also be the opportunity to progress and grow within in the clinic with training provided for our advanced treatments

Required skills:

A friendly and welcoming manner with exceptional customer service skills.

Minimum Grade 3 NVQ Beauty qualification or equivalent

Minimum 3 Years experience within the beauty industry

The ability to explain procedures and their benefits clearly to clients.

The ability to promote our product range to clients and provide advice on skin care products.

Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate on all levels.

A highest standard of work is always expected with attention to detail.

Presentable, Professional and Confident

Follow health and safety practises.

Treat client information with Strictest Confidentiality.

Be able to work flexible hours including some weekends, and to cover sickness and holidays if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· To give professional advice to clients and promote available treatments.

· Passionately ensuring clients achieve optimum results through your homecare recommendations.

· Conducting skin analysis and advising clients on skin and body care.

· Providing a range of non-surgical face, body and relaxation treatments which can be customised to a client’s need and recommend appropriate products and aftercare regimes.

· Focused on developing a regular clientele.

· Working with a range of equipment and products.

· Maintaining client records, supporting reception and handling financial transactions as well as any other business as required.

· To stay with client throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from reception.

· To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the clinic manager on the days scheduled/cancellations or any changes.

· Flexibility and cooperation are required.

· To adhere to health and safety regulations by using safe work.

· To work as a team and assist in cleaning and tidying of the treatment rooms and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Level 3 NVQ certificate in beauty therapy or equivalent

Minimum 3 years' experience as a beauty therapist.

Computer -literate

Training will be given to the successful candidate.

Working Hours: 12 to 16 hours per week with the opportunity to increase up to 20 hours

Salary: £12ph plus uncapped commission for treatment & retail sales - this will be discussed further at interview stage.
