Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. As we are incredibly busy and maintain a waitlist, giving us notice allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.
Cancellation Fees
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, the following fees apply:

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked treatment cost will be charged (or redeemed from your deposit/treatment course).

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 75% of the booked treatment cost will be charged.

Same-day cancellation or No-Show: 100% of the booked treatment cost will be charged (or results in the loss of that treatment session from a pre-paid course).
